$150,000 - $200,000/year Base + Benefits

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a full workers’ compensation defense caseload from inception through resolution
- Develop litigation and budget strategies
- Conduct discovery and prepare cases for trial
- Draft motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Attend court appearances, hearings, and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout the litigation process
- Utilize strong negotiation and advocacy skills to represent clients effectively

- 5+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Client-focused mindset with strong courtroom presence
