Join Our Team – Bilingual Workers’ Compensation Paralegal (English/Spanish)


Are you a driven, reliable, and client-focused paralegal looking to grow with a fast-paced and supportive workers’ compensation law firm? We are seeking a fully bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who thrives in a high-energy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to clients.


This is a full-time, in-office position with significant client interaction and opportunities to make a real impact on people’s lives.


What You’ll Be Doing


You will play a key role in supporting our clients and legal team by:


  • Communicating regularly with clients and guiding them through their cases

  • Conducting file reviews and monitoring case progress

  • Following up with insurance carriers regarding payments

  • Coordinating medical treatment and communicating with doctors’ offices

  • Tracking medical requests and treatment status

  • Drafting correspondence to attorneys, carriers, and medical providers

  • Filing fee applications and handling adjuster communications

  • Explaining legal concepts to clients in a clear and supportive manner

What We’re Looking For


We are looking for someone who is not just qualified—but motivated, organized, and passionate about client service.


  • Minimum 2–3 years of workers’ compensation experience in a busy law firm

  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining quality service

  • Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • A team player who works well with assistants and support staff
