Workers Compensation Supervisor (Remote AR, LA, MS) Salary: Up to $110,000/year
We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Supervisor to lead a team of claims professionals handling jurisdictions in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on leadership, quality claims handling, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of Workers Compensation Claims Adjusters handling indemnity claims
Oversee claim handling to ensure compliance with state regulations in AR, LA, and MS
Provide technical guidance on complex and escalated indemnity claims
Monitor workloads, productivity, and quality metrics to ensure optimal team performance
Conduct file reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency
Support training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Active Workers Compensation licenses in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi (required)
35+ years of supervisory experience in Workers Compensation claims
