Workers’ Compensation Supervisor (Remote – CO, UT)
Salary: Up to $105,000/year

We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Supervisor to lead a team of claims professionals handling jurisdictions in Colorado and Utah. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on leadership, quality claims handling, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters handling indemnity claims
  • Oversee claim handling to ensure compliance with state regulations in CO and UT.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex and escalated indemnity claims
  • Monitor workloads, productivity, and quality metrics to ensure optimal team performance
  • Conduct file reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency
  • Support training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • Active Workers’ Compensation licenses in Colorado and Utah (required)
  • 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in Workers’ Compensation claims
  • Strong background handling indemnity claims (required)
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Deep understanding of state-specific Workers’ Compensation regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume claims environment
