We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Supervisor to lead a team of claims professionals handling jurisdictions in Colorado and Utah. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of Workers Compensation Claims Adjusters handling indemnity claims
Oversee claim handling to ensure compliance with state regulations in CO and UT.
Provide technical guidance on complex and escalated indemnity claims
Monitor workloads, productivity, and quality metrics to ensure optimal team performance
Conduct file reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency
Support training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Active Workers Compensation licenses in Colorado and Utah (required)
35+ years of supervisory experience in Workers Compensation claims
