Workflow Automation SpecialistLocation: Greenville, SC office or onsite at SRS, Aiken, SCWork Arrangement: Hybrid schedule permittedPay Rate: $55.00/hourBenefits: Standard benefits package including 80 hours PTO, 88 hours Holiday pay, 4% 401(k) match, Medical, Dental, and Vision coveragePosition SummaryThis position is primarily involved in work in the computer field performing systems analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, enhancement, and modification of workflow automation systems and business applications supporting complex engineering and project environments.The Workflow Automation Specialist will support workflow-related IT initiatives and business process improvements through the development of scalable automation solutions. This role will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and end users to analyze requirements and build solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and support business objectives.The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of workflow automation tools and applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies and similar workflow solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess workflow-related business requests and gather requirements from customers and stakeholdersProduce accurate process documentation, requirements documentation, and workflow specificationsDesign, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support workflow automation solutionsDevelop and maintain enterprise workflow applications and process automation toolsBuild and support workflow solutions while adhering to change management processesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize business workflowsAnalyze business needs and translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsParticipate in software development activities including design, testing, deployment, and maintenanceSupport issue identification, troubleshooting, and implementation of corrective actionsMaintain development standards, documentation, procedures, and user support materialsParticipate in Agile project activities including planning, issue tracking, and sprint supportRemain current on emerging technologies and workflow automation best practicesProvide support for software deployment, upgrades, and application enhancementsSupport multiple applications and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standardsRequired QualificationsAccredited four‑year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline and five (5) years of related experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience totaling nine (9) yearsExperience building complex workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Power Apps and Power Automate), Aconex, Kahua, or similar platformsExperience developing both Model‑driven and Canvas applications within Microsoft Power AppsExperience building workflow and automation solutions using Microsoft Power AutomateExperience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutionsExperience with software development lifecycle processesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environmentPreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of data modeling and architecture using Microsoft SQL Server or DataverseExperience with data pipeline tools such as Microsoft SSISExperience with Agile project management and issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or JiraFull lifecycle software development experience using object‑oriented programming languagesExperience with C# and JavaScriptEngineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project experienceExperience developing and deploying complex workflow solutions for large projectsTechnical SkillsMicrosoft Power Apps (Model‑driven and Canvas applications)Microsoft Power AutomateAconexKahuaMicrosoft SQL ServerDataverseMicrosoft SSISAzure DevOpsJiraC#JavaScriptWorkflow design and process automationSoftware development lifecycle methodologiesAdditional InformationMust be able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across multiple organizationsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and schedule commitmentsMay require occasional travel to support project needsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States#J-18808-Ljbffr
