In Schwab Advisor Services, we support independent financial professionals by helping them run their businesses smoothly and confidently. As a Workflow Solutions Associate, you'll be part of the team that keeps things moving behind the scenes-making sure requests are handled quickly, accurately, and with care.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operational engine by reviewing and processing advisor-submitted requests. You'll engage primarily through electronic communication, with occasional outbound calls to clarify and resolve items that require attention. Every interaction is an opportunity to deliver clarity, confidence, and forward momentum.

You'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training to assess and advise on client materials, such as money movements, account updates, and identity verification. You'll learn how to navigate complex scenarios and apply sound judgment in a structured environment. The ability to adapt, think critically, and maintain a sharp eye for detail will be key to your success.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to review information carefully, catch errors, and follow procedures with precision
  • Demonstrated ability to create positive experiences by listening actively, responding thoughtfully, and helping others resolve issues
  • Drives positive client outcomes by applying structured, service-oriented thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize potential risks and apply sound judgment when following established procedures
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities, new information, or unexpected challenges while maintaining focus

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills
  • Minimum of 1 year in Advisor Services preferred - Knowledge of Advisor Services products, services, marketing resources, sales materials as well as demonstrated brokerage industry knowledge
  • Exceptional operational and organizational skills with the ability to self-direct and efficiently manage high volumes of transactional tasks in fast-paced environments
  • Aptitude to learn new tools and concepts and apply them quickly
  • Proven enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic while contributing to team goals

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
