The Workforce & Change Consultant supports workforce design and change management delivery across the pod. This role conducts stakeholder assessments, develops change materials, tracks adoption, and ensures the organization is ready and able to adopt new ways of working

You bring intellectual curiosity, drive, and a genuine interest in how AI is transforming the Life Sciences industry.

Role Overview

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's functional transformation workstreams
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans tailored to functional audiences
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery

Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%
