Summary
The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for coordinating employment and training programs offered through Workforce Development initiatives and programs within the Department of Workforce Development (DWD) and as assigned by the Chester County Workforce Development Board through the Chester County Workforce Development Board Director and the department's Deputy Director.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, work office machinery, drive a vehicle, and talk or hear. On rare occasions, the employee will need to reach with arms above shoulder height; kneel, stoop, crouch or squat; climb stairs; carry items; and work with an uncommon level of noise.
