We are seeking a hands-on Workforce Developer with strong experience in ADP Workforce Software (WFS) development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing workforce management solutions using WFS’s proprietary scripting language, with a strong emphasis on backend coding and data manipulation using SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize solutions within the ADP Workforce Software (WFS) platform, using its proprietary scripting language (JavaScript-like).
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and HR operations teams to gather technical requirements.
Design and implement configuration changes, workflows, interfaces, and rules in WFS modules (e.g., Time & Attendance, Scheduling).
Write, debug, and maintain efficient and scalable code within WFS.
Build reports, queries, and database interactions using SQL.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and integration errors.
Participate in full SDLC activities – from requirements to deployment and support.
Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
