Job Title: Workforce Development Program Supervisor Reports to: Manager of Educational and Workforce Development Programs Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 La Casa Norte’s mission is to serve youth and families confronting homelessness. We provide access to stable housing and deliver comprehensive services that act as a catalyst to transform lives and communities. Job Summary: La Casa Norte is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Supervisor to lead the implementation of our youth workforce development program. This position is ideal for a candidate passionate about mentoring youth aged 16-24 in the West, Southwest, and South Side communities of Chicago. The role will be instrumental in implementing the program’s curriculum, managing partner relationships, recruiting youth participants, and providing direct supervision to them.
