Position Title: Workforce Management Specialist I
Location: Merrifield, VA

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $27.00 / hr
Position Description:
Join a leading financial institution as a Workforce Management Specialist I in Merrifield, VA. This pivotal role supports real estate lending operations through effective workforce planning and scheduling. You will collaborate with team members in a hybrid environment, ensuring optimal staffing and operational efficiency. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-respected organization with a focus on professional growth and impactful work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining workforce schedules and staffing plans.
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with hybrid work guidelines.
- Support reporting and data analysis related to workforce management metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of workforce activities and updates.
- Participate in external audits and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hybrid work environments and scheduling tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site at Merrifield, VA, a minimum of three days per week.
