Workforce Planning Analyst
Full-time, Salary
Salary Range: $70,553.60- $105,830.40/yr
Come join the Milwaukee County Human Resources Team! We are looking for an enthusiastic Workforce Planning Analyst to enhance our vision through data and metrics. The Workforce Planning Analyst will possess the knowledge and data and analytics skills to assess workforce data and help the department make the right data-driven decisions. Must be able to gain a thorough understanding of HR related systems and data in order to collaborate with IMSD (IT) colleagues and others to define requirements to extract, transform, and store data to support report creation and KPI management. Additionally, the Workforce Planning Analyst must be able to guide initiatives to ensure HR related systems and applications are optimized to support and measure organizational goals. Must have strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Position maintains confidentiality of all workforce data and works with minimal supervision. This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, with a dotted-line report to the Director of HR Compliance. Now is the time to become a changemaker and join Milwaukee County!
