Job Title: Workforce Readiness Instructor Department: HR Reports To: Director Classification:Non-Exempt Salary: $47,250-$54,600 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Workforce Readiness Instructor will provide hands-on life and career skill training to youth and adults enrolled in our programming. This position will provide workshops, seminars, and classroom-based instruction to multiple WorkPlace programs, including, but not limited to, CareerHub (Youth), Reentry, Platform to Employment Youth, Apprenticeship, Mortgage Crisis Training, EnvironmentalWorks, YouthBuild, Veterans, MaturityWorks, and others to be determined. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for own work and not normally required to direct or supervise other personnel, but may occasionally instruct another employee on how to perform the work.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE BA/BS degree or equivalent; or one year of related experience and/or training in basic education programs and/or career-related workplace training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Bi-lingual is desirable.
COMPUTER SKILLS The ability to understand more advanced computer skills and be proficient in the advanced knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
