Analyzes workforce pipelines, engagement metrics, and labor trends to support program success.
Responsibilities:
- Track workforce KPIs and hiring pipeline data
- Develop dashboards and executive reporting
- Analyze labor market trends and workforce readiness
- Support forecasting aligned to project timelines
Required Experience:
- 8+ years in data analytics, workforce analytics, or business intelligence
- Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL
- Experience analyzing labor markets or workforce programs
Preferred:
- Experience supporting data center or infrastructure workforce planning
