Ford Motor Company is looking for a Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer to support its ATLAS program, which manages workforce solutions for 55,000+ employees across the US and Canada.
The role is primarily focused on hands-on WorkForce Software configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into effective WorkForce Software solutions.
Design, build, configure, and maintain WorkForce Software solutions.
Perform hands-on configuration of WorkForce Software modules.
Configure and support:Time & Attendance
Scheduling
Absence Case Tracking
Reporting
Integrations
Translate business requirements from HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and Finance into system configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and system issues.
Ensure system stability, accuracy, and data integrity.
Support testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes.
Participate in multiple deployment waves.
Provide post-production support.
Serve as a WorkForce Software SME.
Document configuration standards, processes, and change history.
Support compliance with US and Canadian timekeeping and leave regulations.
Work with Manufacturing Operations on workforce-management requirements.
Develop creative solutions when standard configurations don't fully meet business needs.
Balance technical requirements with user experience and business needs.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's Degree — REQUIRED
Multiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience
Current WorkForce Software certification — REQUIRED
