The Workforce Strategy Consultant serves as a strategic advisor responsible for designing and implementing innovative workforce solutions that advance organizational performance, key growth strategies, workforce sustainability, and operational efficiency across the clinical enterprise. The role partners closely with HR, Market, and System leaders to evaluate how work is performed and identify opportunities to optimize staffing models, organizational structures, workforce deployment, and productivity through workforce redesign, creating clear strategic alignment and partnerships across the clinical enterprise.
This role is accountable for identifying and implementing workforce solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, reduce administrative burden, engage artificial intelligence, address workforce shortages, enhance employee experience, and optimize labor costs while maintaining quality, safety, and patient outcomes. |
