The Workforce & Talent Management Lead serves as a senior workforce planning specialist responsible for conducting workforce analysis, forecasting workforce requirements, and performing organizational needs assessments. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to evaluate workforce trends, identify capability gaps, and develop strategic workforce planning recommendations that support organizational objectives and future operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workforce analysis, forecasting, and needs assessments for assigned departments and organizations.
Assess workforce skills, strengths, competency gaps, and staffing projections.
Develop workforce planning recommendations aligned with strategic organizational goals.
Support human capital planning and organizational development initiatives.
Collaborate with change management and training stakeholders to advance workforce transformation efforts.
Prepare executive-level reports, recommendations, and workforce planning deliverables for leadership decision-making. Based on required executive stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
