    Job Title: Remote Workforce Training Coordinator

    Hourly Pay: $24 - $32/hour


    Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Training Coordinator to plan and manage training initiatives that empower employees and elevate performance.     Key Responsibilities:


    • Coordinate and execute training programs to support workforce skill development
    • Partner with department heads to assess training needs and create targeted solutions
    • Schedule and manage logistics for group and individual training sessions
    • Deliver engaging training across in-person and virtual formats

    • Track program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data
    • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee progress

    • Assist in developing training content, guides, and documentation

    • Monitor employee participation and engagement in development initiatives
    • Ensure programs align with organizational goals and compliance standards
    • Keep up with industry trends and adopt best practices in training delivery

    Qualifications:


    • Experience as a training coordinator, corporate trainer, or similar role

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design

    • Ability to manage multiple programs and adapt to diverse learning needs
    • Proficiency in LMS platforms and training technologies
