Working Foreman

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Working Foreman to join our team in Burleson, TX, 76028. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew to ensure efficient workflow.

• This is a hybrid position, Ideal candidate will be able to fit/weld parts

• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in safety, quality, and productivity.

• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.

• Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of work assignments.

• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preferebly be able to fit/weld and pass D1.1 weld test
