American Workforce Group has partnered with a local manufacturing facility in Olympia, WA that is actively seeking a skilled Working Foreman to lead their production team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can meet high production standards, and effectively guide a crew toward daily goals.

Description for Working Foreman:
· Supervise and lead a production team in a shop environment
· Set the pace and standard by working alongside the crew
· Ensure quality control and meet strict production standards
· Coach and motivate team members toward production goals
· Communicate effectively with management and staff
Details for Working Foreman:
· Pay: $26.00/hour
· Schedule: Monday – Thursday (4/10’s)
· Start Time: 30 minutes early to prepare for the crew
· Eligible for production bonus based on team performance
Requirements for Working Foreman:
· Previous leadership or foreman experience in a manufacturing or construction setting
· Comfortable using hand and power tools
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable
· Team-oriented and driven to exceed goals
· Must be dependable and proactive
