Description for Working Foreman:

• Supervise, schedule, and lead a production team on an active manufacturing floor.
• Set the workplace pace and quality metrics by working directly alongside your crew.
• Ensure strict quality control and compliance across all finished components.
• Coach, motivate, and train team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Arrive 30 minutes early daily to coordinate lines, check tooling, and prep workflows.

Details for Working Foreman:

• Pay Rate: $26.50 / hour + performance-based production bonuses.
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday (4/10s) | Overtime on Fridays/Saturdays required as production dictates.
• Location: Olympia, WA.

Requirements for Working Foreman:

• Previous supervisor or foreman experience in a manufacturing or construction environment required.
• Hands-on comfort utilizing standard hand tools, power tools, and assembly gear.
• Strong communication, organizational tracking, and accountability habits.
• Highly dependable, proactive mindset with a focus on strict shop safety rules.
