Working Production Supervisor
Lead from the floor — not behind a desk. We’re hiring a hands-on SMT Production Supervisor to work side-by-side with the team, keep lines running, and drive output in a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
Work directly on SMT lines (pick-and-place, reflow, AOI) to hit daily production goals
Lead and support SMT operators, assemblers, and technicians
Assist with setups, changeovers, feeder setups, and troubleshooting
Monitor line performance and fix issues in real time
Read work orders, BOMs, and assembly drawings
Ensure IPC standards, quality, and ESD protocols are followed
Perform in-process inspections and maintain quality standards
Coordinate with engineering and quality to resolve issues fast
What You Need:
SMT / PCB or manufacturing supervisor experience
Leadership or lead experience on a production floor
Knowledge of pick-and-place, reflow ovens, AOI
Ability to read prints, BOMs, and work instructions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, “lead by example” mentality
