Description for Working Site Foreman:
- Serve as the owner's primary right-hand manager, running daily site operations, coordinating trade crews, and keeping projects strictly on timeline and on budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for homeowners and commercial clients, conducting walkthroughs, managing expectations, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Execute hands-on skilled trades work alongside the crew, including framing, finish carpentry, drywall, tiling, fixtures, and detailed remodeling tasks.
- Manage total job site logistics: track materials, coordinate subcontractor schedules, and solve structural or design challenges on the fly.
- Enforce zero-defect quality control, meticulous finish standards, and strict OSHA job site safety protocols.
Details for Working Site Foreman:
- Pay Rate: $30.00 – $40.00+ / hour (Scaling based on leadership, client management, and trades experience).
- Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Sunday availability with solid overtime opportunities!
- Location: Pierce County project sites (Field travel required).
- Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire path with performance review and raise opportunities upon permanent rollover.
Requirements for Working Site Foreman:
- Verifiable leadership experience as a Working Foreman, Site Lead, or Assistant PM in residential remodeling or construction.
- Polished, confident communication skills for client management, team delegation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong hands-on multi-trade skills (carpentry, framing, finishing, tile, painting) and advanced proficiency with hand and power tools (possessing own trade tools preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented "Type-A" mindset focused on metrics, schedules, and quality assurance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal truck/transportation required for field project travel.
- Physical capability to perform active construction labor in varied outdoor and indoor environments.
