Founded over 30 years ago, they have made a name for themselves in the residential and commercial segments of the historical renovation/restoration market. They also build ground-up projects in both of these sectors and have a project mix of about 90%/10% residential/commercial. Job Description
The Working Superintendent/Foreman - Charleston will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating and managing all necessary project resources from start to finish on time and within budget in a highly collaborative environment.
- Communicating job expectations, enforcing policies & procedures, and managing & coaching employees.
- Conducting regular meetings with the team to ensure work is on schedule, within budget and complies with technical, safety and legal requirements.
- Must be a strategic problem solver who can add value to our customer's projects.
- May work with preconstruction team in development of project
- Managing budget and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Working Superintendent/Foreman - Charleston will be responsible for:
- At least 2 years of residential/commercial project management experience
- Progressive experience growing through the field (especially through the carpentry trade)
- Must be a self-starter and understand deadlines.
- Must have good phone and excellent people skills.
- Must be able to handle projects from $20k-1M in size (typically residential maintenance, restoration, and renovation work)
What's on Offer

- Great hourly pay, ranging an equivalent yearly salary of roughly $65,000-85,000
- Discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance (typically paid around the holidays)
- Mileage reimbursement
