Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
• Train new employees on company procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and processes to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs or coordinate with maintenance.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspect products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
• Maintain accurate production records and submit reports as required.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
