Responsibilities:
- Serve as receptionist, which includes answering phones, taking messages, and greeting and assisting students and other visitors as they enter the suite
- Provide office support including typing, data entry, copying, faxing, filing, and other support as needed
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Restock beverages and coffee
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
This position requires the ability to exercise good judgment and excellent oral and written communication skills. Office experience is preferred.
