Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a San Francisco office, ensuring a safe and functional work environment. The successful candidate will independently manage key initiatives including a significant office relocation and a thorough OSHA compliance audit. This hands-on position requires proactive problem-solving and efficient execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day office functions, including supplies, mail, and access control.
• Lead a comprehensive OSHA compliance audit and implement necessary remediation.
• Drive the end-to-end project management of an upcoming office move.
• Serve as the main point of contact for facilities-related employee requests.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage facilities-related budgets and invoices.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or workplace operations.
• Proven experience managing office relocations from planning to execution.
• Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience with OSHA standards.
