Job Description
A property management firm in Rochester, NY is seeking a Workplace Data & Planning Analyst for an on-site role supporting space planning and facilities operations.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Setting: Office
- Compensation: $28-$30
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating workplace data, including seating plans and workstation allocation
- Ensuring data accuracy across systems and Excel trackers
- Conducting regular data audits and validation
- Building and maintaining Excel-based reports and dashboards
- Supporting workspace tracking and reporting for site planning
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Data Support, Operations, or Administrative roles
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certification in Data Analysis
- Experience in Facilities or Workplace Operations
- Familiarity with Space Planning tools
