Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator
Shift: 8-5 | 9-6
Location: New York, NY 10281
Duration: 8+ Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $22/hr - $25/hr on W2
Summary:
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
About the role:
This role is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of a site's on-site pantry, and ensures it is stocked, and well-organized to provide a comfortable and enjoyable break space for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pantry/market/back stock areas
- Stock and rotate pantry inventory, ensuring all items are fresh and within expiration dates
- Maintain full knowledge of menu and assortment
- Order and receive pantry supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are running low
- Set up and replenish self-serve food and beverage stations
- Keep all equipment clean and in good working order.
- Monitor the pantry area to ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests
- Assist with special events or catering requests
- Performs other duties as assigned
Must-Have Skills:- Prior F&B experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service mindset and professional presence
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods of time
- Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
Must-Have Skills- Basic computer skills
- Warm, welcoming, and friendly demeanor when interacting with visitors
- Strong customer service mindset and professional presence
Education- High School Diploma or GED
