About the Role:
The Workplace Program Coordinator provides workplace services and operational support to increase personal productivity and effectiveness. Workplace experience programs aim to make it easier for employees to take care of themselves beyond their day-to-day work responsibilities by giving them access to amenities and perks.
This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating activities related to the delivery of workplace programs, specifically our client's Perks Program, through high-touch services and world-class customer service. The Coordinator will assist with day-to-day operations, customer service emails, internal marketing audits, research and sourcing new business leads, website updates, and data entry. Additionally, this role provides project coordination and general support for various miscellaneous projects, as well as day-of on-site support for meetings and events.
What You'll Do:
Responds to requests and feedback in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring high-touch customer service.
Conducts meticulous internal marketing audits, including generating and testing tracking links, e-mail campaigns, and hyperlinks to ensure flawless execution.
Performs regular website updates, including uploading new content, refreshing program information, and ensuring all digital assets and links are accurate and up-to-date.
Supports data tracking initiatives, assisting with the regular collection, entry, and organization of program metrics to ensure the team has accurate, up-to-date information for reporting.
Identifies and escalates complex inquiries or high-level program issues to the manager to ensure timely resolution and consistent service delivery.
Conducts targeted research and analysis to identify, evaluate, and source small businesses that align with program goals.
Provides hands-on operational support for onsite events and workplace programs, including specialty fairs, vendor pop-ups, and community-building initiatives.
Attends client and internal meetings to capture concise notes and provide status updates on miscellaneous projects.
Ensures all materials strictly adhere to established client and company brand guidelines and formatting standards.
Manages multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; prioritizes effectively to meet deadlines.
Synthesizes recurring employee feedback into actionable insights for the program team to improve service delivery.
Assists with the day-of execution of onsite events (e.g., gift fairs, vendor pop-ups) by managing vendor/guest check-ins, coordinating setup, and providing friendly support to employees.
Supports the administration of the employee ticket program, assisting with the lottery process, reselling tickets at face value, and ensuring accurate tracking of sales and distribution.

Education and Experience:
HS Diploma or GED required. A minimum of 1 - 2 years related experience (e.g. Front Desk, Concierge, Administrative Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service roles) is preferred.

Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and respond to common inquiries or feedback from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people. Warm and engaging demeanor. Ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.
Financial Knowledge:
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Solve problems in standard situations, which requires basic analytical skills with strong reasoning and critical thinking.
Scope of Responsibility: Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact.
Not required but preferred:
Customer service experience
Proficient with Google sheets, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Docs Sheet) and Excel
Experience utilizing AI tools

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $27 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $34.80 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
