Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator Job Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite) Job Duration: 1 Months (Possible extension TBD) Hours: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM, MondayFriday Job Description: Summary As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will deliver a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, focused on providing exceptional service to clients and visitors. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors; greet with a welcoming demeanor, issue visitor/parking passes, and follow security protocols Answer telephones professionally; create presentations and speak to groups of varying sizes Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors Manage janitorial/maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services (mail, office supplies, onboarding) Handle inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers; provide professional customer service solutions Organize and manage on-site events (secure space, set up/tear down, supply delivery) Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties for safety concerns Coordinate with vendors supplying workplace goods/services Explain detailed information within the team; follow managers directions Perform clearly defined duties using existing procedures; solve straightforward problems with limited discretion Candidate Profile Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Up to 2 years of job-related experience Skills: Ability to follow basic work routines and standards Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset Interview Process 12 Virtual Interviews Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
