Overview:
Position Summary
The Workplace Experience & Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations, communications, and reporting for the NYC campus.
This entry-level role is focused on coordination and execution across workplace communications, operations support, and project activities. Working closely with the Director of Global Office Services, this individual will help maintain employee resources, support reporting processes, and assist with team-led initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in workplace operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced NYC environment.
Responsibilities:
Workplace Communications & Resources
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of workplace communications and employee resources
- Update campus guides, internal documentation, and workplace information
- Support the development of training materials, presentations, and reference guides
- Draft communications for employee updates, announcements, and office initiatives
- Maintain shared folders, resource libraries, and documentation repositories
Operations & Reporting Support
- Collect and organize operational data across Office Services systems
- Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in preparing monthly service reports and dashboards
- Track service requests, visitor data, and utilization metrics
- Assist in identifying trends and escalating findings to the team
Project & Administrative Coordination
- Provide coordination support for workplace projects and team-led initiatives
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and action item lists
- Schedule meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items
- Support project execution tasks and internal coordination efforts
- Assist with basic research, documentation, and implementation support
- Track budgets, invoices, and project-related documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships, campus roles, or project-based work encouraged)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, particularly in data tracking and documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, project management platforms, or ticketing systems is a plus
- Willingness to learn workplace operations, reporting processes, and coordination workflows

Compensation:
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation for this role is $55,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
