Workplace Operations Associate (Contract)
 
Position Overview
We are seeking a polished and professional Workplace Operations Associate to support daily office operations in a small, high-visibility environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, delivering a “white glove” experience while ensuring the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a critical, client-facing role requiring strong organizational skills, reliability, and a welcoming, proactive demeanor.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a professional and organized environment
  • Greet visitors and clients with a high level of professionalism and hospitality
  • Provide a “white glove” service experience for high-profile guests
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
  • Coordinate and schedule conference rooms, meetings, and calls
  • Assist employees with general office requests
  • Restock office supplies and snacks as needed
  • Serve as a liaison to the Manager of Office Services
  • Maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
 
Qualifications
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and demeanor, especially when interacting with high-profile clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a small office environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Teams experience is a plus)
 
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Fully onsite role
 
Additional Notes
  • Ideal candidate is personable, positive, and takes initiative to build relationships within the office
  • Assignment expected to last approximately 2 months, with potential for extension
 
Pay Rate Range: $22.00-$25.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
