Our client, a Ride-Share company, is looking for a Workplace Operations Coordinator for their Toronto, ON location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Represent “client” culture in the reception area by stocking candy stations daily, maintain the appearance of the front desk and lobby area and manage music if applicable.
  • Workplace incidents and maintenance requests to Workplace Operations Specialist and Workplace Operations Lead when necessary, Coordinate with security on incoming visitors.
  • Ensure name tags are printed and given to all visitors at the reception desk Maintain clear and consistent communication while providing cross functional support to HR, Recruiting, Development, Real Estate, Construction and Physical Security Receive, troubleshoot, resource and resolve all incoming employee/guests questions or concerns Support all Workplace leadership with all duties as necessary
