We are seeking an experienced Workplace Services Analyst to support the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Digital Workplace services within an Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) environment.
This role will focus heavily on endpoint and device management, supporting Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and endpoint activities across Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP.
Requirements:
Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with:
Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Windows 10 and Windows 11
Linux / Ubuntu
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Endpoint Security, Compliance, and Conditional Access
Responsibilities:
Support and optimize Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM services within the Workplace / EUC environment.
Design and maintain endpoint policies, profiles, security baselines, and deployment models.
Support endpoint activities across Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP.
Manage the device lifecycle, including provisioning, patching, software deployment, compliance, and decommissioning.
Troubleshoot and escalate complex endpoint-related incidents, problems, and service risks.
Maintain service stability, SLA performance, and adherence to governance and operational standards.
Collaborate with Service Desk, Field Services, Security Operations, Endpoint Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate endpoint management and Digital Workplace services.
