Poistion summary

The Workshop and Service Manager is authorized to purchase workshop supplies up to a net amount of EUR 400.00 per month without the managing director's approval.

Main Responsabilities

  • Managing the workshop and service area and all the tasks associated
  • Manage the direct reports
  • Cross-departmental collaboration, particularly with the warehouse and customer service/order processing
  • Ensuring workplace safety, order, and cleanliness
  • Resource planning (vacation, overtime, workplace capacity)
  • Equipment monitoring (UVV, calibration)
  • Monthly reports (time tracking analysis, warranty expenses)
  • Organizing and supervising work processes (assembly and inspection instructions)
  • Manage the quality claims
  • Implementing and continuously improving ISO 9001.
  • Train and supervise outside personnel ( contractors / temporary labor )
  • Responsible for Occupational Safety, HSE
  • Warehouse management skills

Job Position Requirements

  • Master Technician
  • Leadership skills, organizational skills, ability to work in a team
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Good to very good written and spoken English skills
  • Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good to very good knowledge of hydraulics and drive technology
