What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Worksite Experience Support Specialist I to join our Enterprise Worksite Services team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a positive and inclusive Principal employee experience by providing tactical support to spaces & tools to ensure our worksite supports employee productivity and collaboration.
Here are a few examples of the types of things you'll do:
- Provide support of worksite services which include, but are not limited to: Meeting and Event Support, Room Management, Audio Visual, Equipment and Technology Support, Meeting Supply Management, Data and Insights, Employee Amenity Support, and Relocation Project Management.
- Regularly assess space readiness, ensuring workspace, and conference rooms are ready for employee use.
- Responsible for the delivery of event and meeting plans, audio visual and conference room technology support which will contribute to the effective and efficient use of conference facilities.
- Execute requirements related to setup of meetings and events in configurable space and additional meeting rooms or space as requested. Tasks may include the setup of table and chairs, opening/closing of combinable walls, audio visual equipment and technology support needs for the event, waste and recycling removal, as well as help with assistance with vendor for catered functions.
- The first line of response for meeting and event needs. Use knowledge, training, and experience to troubleshoot problems with technology, video conferencing equipment, lighting systems, as well as other platforms that may be used, such as Teams, Zoom, Webex and Intercall.
- Clean, organize, and maintain assigned work areas and conference storage areas. Perform daily and regularly scheduled cleaning and maintenance of meeting rooms before, during and after scheduled usage.
- Help maintain inventory and control of all conference supplies, flip chart paper, markers, etc., and other portable equipment (easels, flipchart stands, mics).
- Responsible for Relocation Project Management (RPM) which assists employees with configuration pieces for desks, chairs, monitors, relocation, etc.
- Performs additional job-related duties as requested.

Who You Are:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years work experience, preferably in hospitality, customer service, or conference and event support.
- Must possess good communication, critical thinking and customer service skills.
- Must have the ability to adapt to different technology solutions and problem solve as needed.
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions. Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Demonstrate integrity, accountability, self awareness, and strong work ethic.
- Will be required to lift and stack chairs, move tables and other equipment needed for meetings and events. Must be able to consistently lift/move items weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Must be able to work within a flexible work schedule, periodically work evenings and/or weekends.
Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range:
$21.47 - $26.78 / hour
Time Off Program:
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
