SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for a on-site opportunity in Florence, SC. Candidate will provide onsite technical support for end users and enterprise workstation environments, focusing on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures reliable daily operation of desktop systems while supporting users in a structured enterprise IT environment.
Required Qualifications of the Workstation Support Analyst:

- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical operations, service desk, or IT support roles
- Experience providing desktop or workstation support in an enterprise or corporate environment
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard IT support tools
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Active Directory or domain-based environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work fully onsite in a structured technical support environment
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Workstation Support Analyst:- CompTIA A+ certification
- CompTIA Network+ certification
- Experience supporting VPN connectivity and remote access tools
- Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, and basic networking concepts
- Exposure to enterprise workstation management tools and IT service management platforms
Responsibilities of the Workstation Support Analyst:- Provide onsite workstation and desktop support for end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support Windows-based enterprise workstation environments
- Assist with Active Directory user account and access support
- Diagnose and resolve VPN and network connectivity problems
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions while collaborating with IT teams
Work Location: Fully onsite in Florence, South Carolina.
