Job Summary
The Workvivo Content & Experience Consultant will partner with the CIO, E&IT leadership team, the Office of the CTO (OCTO) leadership team, and key stakeholders to redesign and enhance the E&IT and OCTO presence within Workvivo. The consultant will create highly engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences that enable staff to easily find information, access support resources, understand organizational priorities, and engage with initiatives across both organizations.

The consultant will help establish E&IT and OCTO as models for effective departmental spaces by creating compelling content, improving navigation, simplifying access to key resources, and showcasing organizational initiatives, services, programs, and accomplishments.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership teams and subject matter experts to develop engaging content, organize information effectively, and create digital destinations that employees actively use to stay informed, access services, and understand the work being performed across E&IT and OCTO.
The engagement will focus on transforming existing Workvivo spaces into modern, well-organized, and engaging environments that improve discoverability, communication effectiveness, workforce engagement, and overall user experience.
