World Language Teacher - Korean
Syosset Central School District
Available for the 2026-2027 school year
The Syosset Central School District seeks a Korean Teacher. This anticipated vacancy is a part-time appointment. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
NYSED dual certifications in Korean required
Demonstrated ability to align instruction and assessment with ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines and World Readiness Standards
Experience building language proficiency through engaging contextualized lessons
Possess innovative skills using instructional technology
Expertise in differentiation of instruction to support the success of all students
Ability to collaborate with a highly respected faculty and staff
Salary per Syosset Teachers Association contract
