The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
We are seeking an innovative Retail Visual Merchandiser to shape the future of Apple retail and drive merchandising strategies that redefine how customers experience our brand.
In this role, you will develop and execute bold retail strategies that evolve Apples retail experience. You will translate our brand vision into compelling retail concepts, operational frameworks, and strategic initiatives that create meaningful customer moments and drive business growth.
You will pioneer new retail models and special projects that push the boundaries of how Apple engages with customers. Through deep insights and continuous experimentation, youll identify opportunities to innovate our retail presence, optimize the customer journey, and establish new standards for retail excellence.
Partnering closely with store operations, internal engagement, store design, product marketing, industrial design, and Marcom, you will champion the future of Apple retail-ensuring every strategic initiative reflects our commitment to simplicity, innovation, and customer-centricity on a global scale.
Lead the conception and execution of retail strategy initiatives and special projects from ideation through launch, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and seamless implementation.
Analyze retail performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, testing new concepts and iterating based on learnings to maximize impact and support the needs and growth of the business.
Build and nurture relationships across retail, regional, and worldwide teams, fostering a culture of shared ownership, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment.
Partner with the team to identify process and workflow opportunities, and support the creation and streamlining of ways of working that improve efficiency, strengthen execution, and keep the business moving forward successfully.
