Job Purpose
The Worldwide Sales Operations Representative plays a critical role in supporting the Worldwide Sales (WWS) team by executing initiatives that drive revenue growth across BWH Hotels' global distribution channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both administrative tasks and direct communication with stakeholders.
You will help ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives, maintain strong communication with hotels and partners, and support revenue-generating activities across Leisure and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute strategies and initiatives designed to support Worldwide Sales revenue goals
Serve as a key communication link between Worldwide Sales Managers, hotels, and affiliates
Manage and respond to WWS Leisure and MICE support inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Perform administrative and data management tasks, including:
Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
Creating reports using functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Managing databases
Conduct outbound calls to hotels to:
Communicate revenue opportunities
Ensure awareness and participation in WWS programs
Support internal processes that enhance efficiency, organization, and sales effectiveness
