Wound Care Nurse LPN / RN

NHC HealthCare Milan is now hiring a full-time Wound Care Nurse to join our team!

The Wound Care Nurse will assess and evaluate patients with wounds, ostomies, pressure injuries, and other skin-related conditions. This nurse will perform wound care procedures, help ensure high-quality patient care, provide education to prevent pressure injuries and infections, and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN or RN license
• Wound care certification
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Must be dependable and work well as part of a team
• A genuine desire to care for geriatric patients

Pay and Incentives

• Competitive pay based on license level, qualifications, and experience
• Sign-on bonus: $5000
• Same-day pay available
