We’re hiring a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner who wants autonomy, schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to help build a growing New York territory.

You’ll step into a clinical role focused on wound care across skilled nursing facilities. You’ll independently assess and manage wounds, perform debridement, collaborate with nursing teams, and develop trusted facility relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000–$150,000
• Procedure/productivity incentive opportunity
