Korzen Health, in collaboration with Healogics and Crouse Hospital, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join an established outpatient wound care program in Syracuse, NY.

This is an ideal opportunity for an NP who wants to stay hands-on and procedural, build expertise in wound care, and maintain the flexibility of a 0.4–0.6 FTE schedule.

What You'll Do

You'll provide hands-on care to patients with chronic, complex, and non-healing wounds while working alongside an experienced wound care team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Comprehensive wound evaluations
• Wound assessment and treatment planning
• Sharp and surgical debridement
• Incision & drainage
• Suturing and other minor procedures
• Infection management
• Advanced wound care
• Compression therapy
• Patient education
• Hyperbaric medicine, with training provided

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an NP who is clinically strong, confident, adaptable, and enjoys hands-on patient care.

Requirements:

• MSN and national NP certification
• Active, unrestricted New York NP license
• DEA
• NP experience required
• Procedural experience preferred

Wound care experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

NPs with backgrounds in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Vascular, or other procedural specialties are encouraged to apply.
