MCare Agency is seeking Physicians (MD/DO), Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) with wound care experience to join our growing team in Houston, Texas! We offer PRN, Part-time, and Full-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Position Details:
- Title: Wound Care Provider (MD / FNP / RN)
- Pay Range:
- MD/DO: $175 - $200 per hour
- FNP: $150 per hour
- RN: $70 - $100 per hour (depending on experience)
- Location: Houston, Texas
- Start Date: Immediate
- Schedule Options: PRN, Part-time, or Full-time (Flexible)
Responsibilities:- Perform in-home patient visits for wound care management
- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments
- Perform wound cleaning, debridement, and dressing changes
- Apply advanced wound care techniques, including negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT)
- Manage skin grafts and other minor wound procedures (as credentialed)
- Develop and update individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management and prevention
- Accurately document patient encounters in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collaborate with the broader care team and referring providers as needed
Qualifications:- For MDs/DOs: Active and unrestricted medical license in Texas
- For FNPs: Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority preferred
- For RNs: Active Texas RN license; Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWCN, or similar) strongly preferred
- Wound care experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile/home-based caseload
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for MDs/FNPs)
