Wound Care Physician Assistant

WAFL (Wound and Feet Liden) is a highly respected, innovative podiatry and wound care practice seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. We have built a strong reputation for limb salvage and compassionate, out-of-the-box care, and a collegial team-culture.

Quick Look:

• Schedule: Full-Time (4 days/week) preferred, but flexible for Part-Time (2-3 days/week).
• Hours: Clinic hours are Mon - Thurs, highly flexible between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM with a 60-90 minute daily lunch/admin break. Fridays off!
• Locations: Outpatient clinic in Circleville, OH (Columbus Area).

Practice Overview:

• Broad Scope of Care: Provide outpatient wound care and general podiatry. You will manage a patient panel consisting mostly of diabetic and geriatric patients with multiple comorbidities. Manage an average of 20-30 patients per day with a highly supportive staff and collaborative team.
• Clinical Duties: Perform minor procedures including suturing, suture removals, ingrown toenail removals, thick toenail removals, and local/steroid injections. You will also participate in occasional inpatient consults at the adjacent hospital when Dr. Liden is unavailable.
• Innovative Culture: We meet patients where they are. Dr. Liden is known for highly creative problem-solving, and we also actively participate in clinical trials for advanced wound care modalities.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Ohio license as an NP or PA (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience: Open to candidates with demonstrated interest in podiatry and wound care.
• Attributes: Strong bedside manner, a relationship-based approach to care, and HIPAA compliance.
