    Korzen Health is working with Healogics and Baystate Medical Center to hire a System Wound Care Physician who will serve as the Medical Director. This role involves both leadership and clinical responsibilities.

    A Highly Procedural, Hands-On Role

    This is a true procedural practice—ideal for physicians who want to spend their day performing procedures and directly impacting patient outcomes.

    • 100% outpatient, procedure-focused setting
    • High-volume environment centered around debridement, incision & drainage (I&D), and advanced wound care techniques
    • Consistent daily procedural work with a structured, appointment-based model
    • No walk-ins—predictable workflow and efficiency
    • Minimal administrative burden, allowing you to focus on clinical care

    ️ Exceptional Work-Life Balance

    • Monday–Friday schedule (~40 hours/week)
    • No nights, no weekends, no call, no holidays
    • Predictable schedule designed for long-term sustainability

    Practice Environment

    • Hospital-integrated outpatient clinic with Baystate Medical Center
    • Employed within a nationally recognized wound care program in collaboration with Healogics
    • Primarily treating a geriatric patient population with complex wound care needs
    • Access to advanced therapies, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO)

    Strong Clinical Support

    You’ll be supported by a full, experienced care team so you can stay focused on procedures:

    • Case Manager
    • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses
    • Office Manager
    • Front and back office staff

    Growth & Development

    Qualifications

    • MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible
    • Active and unrestricted medical license and DEA
    • Strong procedural background required (e.g., suturing, I&D, or similar)
    • Comfortable in a procedure-heavy clinical setting
