Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of experience, required.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required. Wound Certification, preferred.
- Additional Skills (required): Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to provide care with minimal supervision.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Wound certification. Expertise with advanced wound care products and techniques.
What You'll Do:
- Assess, stage, and document wounds
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform wound treatments (cleansing, debridement, dressing)
- Monitor healing progress and adjust care as needed
- Educate patients, families, and staff on wound care and prevention
- Collaborate with providers and care teams
- Ensure infection control compliance
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
