Pay & Benefits:
  • Base salary from $50,000 to $62,000 per year (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive sales of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) equipment and advanced wound care solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies
  • Educate healthcare providers on product benefits and usage
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and referral sources
  • Travel within a 60-mile radius of the Frederick and Glen Burnie locations
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets

What You Need:
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare sales or related healthcare roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area
  • Prior experience in wound care or medical device sales (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic technical skills
