About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Senior Leadership Team as Wrap Manager and Head of Sports, leading the development of a vibrant and enriching programme beyond the classroom. This role is central to delivering high-quality wraparound and holiday provision, ensuring pupils benefit from engaging, educational experiences outside of school hours. The successful candidate will shape and manage a dynamic programme tailored to the needs and interests of pupils and families, while overseeing staff, enrichment activities, and day-to-day operations. As Head of Sports, you will drive excellence in the teaching of PE and sport, fostering confidence, resilience, teamwork, and physical literacy across all age groups. You will play a key role in supporting the school's vision, contributing to pupils' social, emotional and physical development, and strategically enhancing enrichment, sport and wellbeing to deliver an inclusive and inspiring offer for every child.
